Thank you so much for going through the efforts to get your account set up with us for ordering Shadowdark materials! We're thrilled to be getting you some books shortly!
Your account is now set-up and you're ready to start placing orders! Below is how you can do that:

To place an order, you can use this link to visit the wholesale page. You might want to bookmark this as it isn't accessible from anywhere else on our website.
You may notice that we offer cases of 20 core rule books. These are discounted at a higher percentage than if you were to buy books individually!
This page also contains a link to marketing assets to help you promote the game across your marketing channels as well as any updates on products and the like.
Add the items you'd like to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
You must use the email address you provided us for your account in order to receive discounts. These are automatically applied to your cart once you input your email address.
At that stage, you can click "Pay Now" as you should be good to go!
If you are using PayPal, please do not use the express checkout option at the top of the page. We've run into this nullifying discounts previously. Instead, please scroll to the bottom of the checkout page and select it as the option found under the Payment section.
Additionally, we know people want to flip through our books when they see it on a shelf, and that's difficult when the Shadowdark core rules are wrapped in plastic! To give your customers the opportunity to have a good look at our book, we're also happy to provide you with an additional free copy of the core rules with your next order. If you have multiple locations, we're happy to provide one for each! We just ask that you do not sell this copy and that you mark it as a demo or flip-through so that it doesn't accidentally get sold.

As you may be aware, we recently wrapped up our latest Shadowdark: The Western Reaches Kickstarter campaign. Items from this campaign will be available for pre-order to our retail partners likely sometime in late summer. You will receive updates from us as we get closer to setting that up for you all!
Lastly, I'd also like to encourage you to let your customers know that if they purchase Arcane Library books from your stores, we are happy to provide them with a free PDF of the materials. We are on Bits & Mortar if your store uses them. If not, all a customer needs to do is send in a copy of their receipt to contact@thearcanelibrary.com and we'll hook 'em up!
