SOP: Ordering from The Arcane Library

1. Preparation

1. Check the Pricing Spreadsheet for current rates
2. Note: Cases of 20 core rulebooks have a higher discount tier than individual purchases

2. Place Order

1. Navigate to the Wholesale Portal
2. Bookmark this link - it's not accessible from the main site navigation
3. Add items to cart
4. Proceed to checkout

3. Checkout

Critical: Enter your registered email address. Discounts are automatically applied based on your email.

Payment

PayPal Warning:

Do NOT use the "Express Checkout" button at the top of the page - this nullifies discounts.

Instead: 1. Scroll to the bottom of the checkout page 2. Select PayPal under the "Payment" section 3. Complete payment

4. Request Demo Copy (Optional)

If you need a demo copy for the store shelf:

1. Complete your order first
2. Email wholesale@thearcanelibrary.com or michael@thearcanelibrary.com
3. Request the "Free Demo Copy" for your store
4. If you have multiple locations, you can request one per location

Important: - Do not sell demo copies - Mark clearly as "Demo" or "Flip-through"
